When you have talent then why not explore it? This is for the handsome kuttan of Kerala. Prithviraj has turned to singing for his new Malayalam film, ‘Puthiya Mugham’.

The actor has sung a song that goes ‘Suryamugham Ini Oru Puthiyamugham…’ This beautiful song was penned by most renowned Malayalam composer Kaithapuram Damodaran Namboothiri and lyricist of the movie. It was the push from the movie’s music director Deepak Dev that encouraged Prithviraj to take up the offer.

‘Puthiya Mugham’ is a directorial debut of Deepan, who earlier had worked for Shaji Kailash. The hero, played by Prithviraj, is a Brahmin musician and an engineering student. The leading lady is Meera Nandan. The others in the cast are Bala, Saikumar, Vijayaraghavan, Jagadeesh, Suraj Venjaramood, Janardhanan, Sudheesh and Shammi Thilakan.
