Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Discussions were on at various levels to arrive at an agreement with private managements on admission and fees structure in Self-financing professional Colleges, Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan said here yesterday.

The Government expected to soon arrive an agreement on the matter, he told reporters after a cabinet meeting.

On other decisions, he said the government had decided to stand guarantee to the Kerala Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation for availing a Rs 250 crore loan to develop Kannur International Airport.

The cabinet also gave in-principle nod for construction of a hill highway, linking Parassamala in the South to the northern most Kasargode, he said.
