Shahid Kapur Someone impersonating as Shahid Kapur has been posting messages on Twitter. The content of the posts is such that anyone might take the impersonator as real Shahid.

Guess what! Just a few days back when Shahid was adjudged the sexiest vegetarian in Asia, the sly impersonator posted a humble “Thank You” message on the networking site. Before that, the sham ‘Shahid’ had been tweeting about his excitement over the upcoming release of Kaminey and even disclosing the film’s release date.

The impersonator has been such a smooth operator that he’s got many people to believe that it’s Shahid, the Bollywood actor, indeed who’s posting messages on Twitter. He’s even using the mail ID: shahid.kapoor@gmail.com.







This has worried Shahid and his manager. The actor’s publicist believes that the impersonator might post inappropriate messages that could harm Shahid’s reputation.

So the publicist wrote to the impersonator on Twitter asking him to give up the account. But the impersonator gave an audacious reply, claiming that he’s writing only good things about Shahid that would only help the actor’s reputation.

Now, the actor’s manager has taken up the matter with Twitter. If the account is not annulled in a few days, the actor might even approach the cyber crime cell.
