Malayalam Movie News: Kochi, Shafi's last year hit 'Marykkundoru Kunjadu' is the new target of remake for Priyadarshan, who had been immensely successful in Hindi with his rehash of hit Malayalam films.

This movie with Dileep and Biju Menon in the lead roles will have Ranbeir Kapoor and Suniel Shetty in the leads in the remake.

Reports are that Priyan has decided to give the title 'Malamaal Weekly' for this remake which will be on floors by this February.

One other Hindi movie from the director that is yet to get completed is 'Tezz' which also feature his buddy Mohanlal in an important role.

Priyan had been extremely busy in Kerala for quite some months working as the chairman of Kerala Chalachithra Academi and also rearing his new team in CCL, Kerala Strikers.
